The laminated fabrics are manufactured by flame/adhesive process using polyurethane foam/Eva sheets of various densities and thickness. Other lamination processes are such as powder coating, film lamination and membrane lamination are also used.
Linings
lining of various fabrics prvide comfort cushion , and warmth for footwear . it is also a good replacement for leather lining also being cost effective at the same time.

Interlinings / Reinforced fabrics
Versatile is constantly developing new multiple interlinings, crimping and reinforcement fabrics. The fabric is powder coated with Eva adhesive (thermo) and fused at low temperature with a short fixing time, to maintain leathers’ strength and durability. The Eva-low melt fusible fabrics produced by us are all compliant to high quality international standards, which are air breathing and water-resistant.
They form an indispensable reinforcement and add to the cosmetic appeal & durability of the footwear. The inter-linings are manufactured in various configurations solely depending on the type of leather (cow, sheep, and/or oily) used in the shoes. These are shrivelled to avoid residue shrinkage and brushed for soft texture or as per customer need.
